Who Can Join?

We invite any resident (2 per residence) interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Membership in the association is limited to residents only.  No homeowner whose gainful employment is with the owners or management of Country Acres Village shall be entitled to membership per the by laws due to conflict of interest.

Why Should You Join?

There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Of course our members have a great time when we get together. But we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.  A wise man said, "it's not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country".  Let's ban together, speak with one voice, and get serious about making a difference.  Come and see what we are all about!

How Can You Join?

Membership dues of ten dollars ($10.00) per residence are due on January 1st each year.  Dues for new residents moving into Country Acres Village on or after July 1st shall be one-half (1/2) of the annual rate until November 1st of the current year.   Membership will be automatically extended to new residents after November 1st for the remainder of the current year.  Contact any board member to join!
